POLICY OF THE INTEGRATED QUALITY, ENVIRONMENTAL AND OHS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

MICo s.r.o. has implemented an integrated quality management system in accordance with ČSN EN ISO 9001, extended to include quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials in accordance with EN ISO 3834-2, an environmental management system in accordance with ČSN EN ISO 14001, and an occupational health and safety management system in accordance with ČSN ISO 45001 in the field of design and manufacture of heat exchangers, boilers, pressure vessels, structures and piping systems, manufacture and assembly of steel structures, repairs and reconstructions of designated pressure equipment.

Company Mission / Management Statement:

MICo s.r.o. possesses unique expertise in the manufacture of pressure vessels and heat exchangers, primarily for supply to the nuclear energy sector. This know-how is based on the long-term experience and expertise of the company's employees and can be demonstrated by a wide range of authorisations and certifications and, last but not least, by a large number of references comprising hundreds of deliveries of technological components to nuclear power plants. The company undertakes to further expand this know-how with the aim of consolidating its position as the most important supplier of these products in the nuclear energy sector.

As part of its strategy for the sustainable development of an integrated management system, the company's management has set the following priorities:

  • delivery of high-quality products that meet customer requirements and expectations
  • minimising the negative impact of its activities on the environment
  • ensuring high levels of occupational health and safety
  • ensuring nuclear safety, particularly when carrying out contracts in the field of nuclear energy
